Where can I get genesys Tech tutorials previous to Tech tutorial#35 . In genesyslab, recorded tutorials are available for download starting tutorial#35.

Ermm guys beware of Copyright here…those are Genesys documents and we can’t freely distribute. Please don’t use this site to do so.
Gene$ysUsr best approach is to request them to Genesys directly, if you are a partner you will have no problem otherwise you shouldn’t have access to those documents. We all have an agreement and now that CR stuff is very usual we won’t accept a chance for an user error.
