Genesys Supervisor Desktop Showing N/A Statistics.

I am not much aware with Genesys Supervisor Desktop.

Can anyone help me how to show statistics in Genesys Supervisor Desktop ? and Alarms also.

Have you tried configuring a connection from gdesktop application to startserver?
