Genesys Quick Guides - Updated!

Hi Everyone,

I have been re-writing the Genesys Guides (now renamed The Quick Guides…) and the first 3 (CIM, MCR>email and Framework) are available at the Genesys site;

http://www.genesyslab.com/community/quickguides

They now include more comprehensive subject notes, compatibility guides, training, resources and sleeve notes.

PS: you can also take a poll on the page to vote for which Quick Guide you want to see re-written next! :slight_smile:
