Genesys Pulse log out

Hi there!

We’ve just implemented Pulse and faced an issue - sometimes it’s logged out to login page. Hence launched wallboard stops and welcome login page is displayed.

It doesn’t seem like a session timeout as it happens in different periods - sometimes in couple of hours, sometimes in a day or even more.

Have anybody faced same issue?

What I assume can be done:

• resolve the issues itself (maybe there is some fix known?)
• put selected wallboard to unathorized zone so that it doesn’t ask to login (is it possible?)

Any ideas?

Disable session logout? That can be done at level app

Not sure it will be accepted due to security possible issues but will investigate.

Well…if you consider a no login option…then no clue which security exactly you are asking
