We have been using Genesys and Outbound for a long time.
Since the days of hardware only, we are now at a time of IP platforms ever changing means of customer communication.
however the legacy solutions still have a part of play in these environments, particularly as they offer a cheaper alternative.
What option, if any would you recommend today?
