Genesys org export command fails with 403 on schedule entities

Trying to export the whole org config for DR using the CLI. The run crashes hard on schedule items. I’m a WFM scheduler, so this is critical for us.

  • Running genesys export org on latest version
  • Service account has Org Admin and WEM Admin roles
  • Get HTTP 403 Forbidden on /api/v2/wfm/schedules
  • Logs say “Insufficient permissions for resource”

Anyone know the specific permission needed to bypass this?
