Genesys Multimedia Softphone (GMMS)

Hello All,

I am looking to get some insight on GMMS.We are trying to potentially evaluate this product to udnerstand its capability and check for its compatibility.

Do we have any product guides/help guides as we have for the other products in the support site?? In case no, do we have any idea on where to acquire the documents from??

Any idea on the cost for purchases of the same??

Also would like to know if there are any evaluations versions for the same so that our understanding of the product is better.

I personally have never heard of GMMS. Do you know how it’s built - JSPs or Silverlight etc? It could be a new name for an existing product.
