Hi All,

Does anyone know how to get Genesys Interactive Insights (BusinessObjects 12.1) working on Internet Explorer 9?

It works fine on IE 6, 7 & 8.

BOE is not currently compatible with IE9 or higher

btw, does anybody tried new 4 version of BOE? I’m interested in BOE Mobile, i think it would be nice to have gi2 reporting on ipad :wink:
