I’m a level 1 Systems Engineer within a big company which uses Genesys framework 8.1 . There is not a single point of physical documentation here and everyone has its own opinion. Can someone please, even paid, help me with a good documentation for this “middle man” software I can’t understand.
I’m sure you’ve talked this already and I’ve already downloaded “The Big Red Book” but I’m hungry for more. I need something from basics to middle, I’m positive it will take me a while to understand even if I have the right source of documentation.

I’ve got a response from their side. It seems the company doesn’t have a valid subscription plan for this . Does someone else know any valid sources ?
