I’m also taking up Genesys CIM 8.1 certification. Can anyone please provide a study material / sample questions anything relevant and helpful.
From my point of view, the best materials are:
- public documents
- public forums
- trying to deploy Genesys env (lab environment)
- own effort
- on internet was available book (to buy) with Genesys exams example

Its just a regular simulator … Its usefull to test your knowledge before taking the exam.

I heard there was this guy in Peru, who would go to Genesys exams with Google glass, record all the questions, and then sell it via Wynn. Unfortunately, the business fell through since Wynn would then be a grader for those exams .
