Genesys Callback without ORS

Hello All,

Is it possible to use Genesys Callback without ORS implementation? If not, could cassandra servers deployed for GMS nodes be used for ORS?

You could use an Outbound campaign, inserting data to a dial-up list through the REST service that OCS.

This could be an alternative.

It can be used, but it depends on used version of GMS and ORS solution. Check available documentation or release notes for interoperability/supported version

to answer your question, GMS Callback needs ORS for sure, and Cassandra is not required for ORS in this scenario, Just GMS uses it.
