Genesys and scheduling on preference

Hi all,

We at Mercedes benz Maastricht NL are working with genesys 8.5. Currently we are scheduling with rotating patterns, we would like to visit a company who works with Genesys and schedule on preference. Can someone give us some company names ? Preferebly in Europe.

Scheduling what exactly?
This is usually something you ask Genesys directly… Mercedez via a public forum asking to visit another companies infrastructure… Kinda weird
