Currently we are running a G3 v8 with the Genesys v5.
Genesys does not support v8 until release 6 but seems most of the
differences were minor and with basic framework we are running fine except for
a few items. Is anyone else in the same situation with multiple sites? Just want
to compare a few notes.
We have tried, unsuccessfully, to use it with release v8. Our main interest was Internet Suite, but after a few weeks of discouraging results caused by poor compatibility between IS and G3 v8, we gave up, and decided to wait.
One of our partner companies in Korea seems to be using V8 with Genesys TServer framework; however, I am not about the details.
I will try to get some more information. We have settled on CentreVu and did not regret it.
