Hi guys,
I’m configuring this, however I’m kinda missing maybe the idea of what I will get at the end as I have never seen the product running. Can anyone please share some screenshots of how the software looks after all the configuration and what exactly you can do with it? What is the advantage of this?

Does anybody knows how to make that on the status bar appears the agent group and agents as shown? I have been able to show an statistic, still have not tried to see if it works but at leasts it shows what i put on the label :slight_smile:

hi there

can u obtain more accurate information about that u can’t and want see in ur supervisor desktop ?

in our client and test instalations we can do anything supervisor jobs from supervisor desktop, except “hardware dependence” task such as creating extension or something.
