Genesys Administration understanding and docs

Hello Techys,

I have recently get a chance to work on Genesys and very new to this product. I have to handle administration part for Genesys servers and diallers so I am looking for your suggestion to understand it from the scratch and if there are any documentation available which can help me to handle my day to day work as well configuration part.

No,the documentation is available online for partners,customers and certificated user. Contact your Genesys representative.
