Genesys 7.2 EOL?

Hello,

Just for verification, I have recently read the EOL spec and believe Datamart and Datasourcer 7.2 are End of Support or Life?

Yes, it is true. There is no reason for keep in life. Currently exists DataMart Solution version 7.6 and 8.0

There is not any DataMart 8.x. The last one is 7.6.1 and is working fine :slight_smile:

Two weeks ago was released DataMart of release 8.0, so try to look carefully…

Thanks…but funny it is kinda hidden and not on the general release notes…
So we have to dig on every product to find little secrets like this? ??? Kinda sucks

Just turn on the email notification about Release notes :slight_smile: I have this information from this “channel”..

Where? I haven’t received an update on new versions since support moved to Salesforce and so far have found nothing to subscribe to that’s worthwhile.

when you are logged on the support web, on the left site are few “quick links” - one of them is “My Article Alerts” - there you can configure subscriptions type, RN, etc.

Thanks, I’d only looked under the subscription section which has nothing remotely useful. I’ve even logged a support ticket and been told there is no release updates available any more.

I do not know what now, but my release notes subscription works very well.
