Could you please provide Generic outbound test cases . it could be help me during the UAT.

You want us to write the test cases (work) for you? :wink:

What type of campaign? What’s the scope of testing? Functionnality of the dialing only, or do you want to confirm the reporting, the desktop, campaign control, calling list manipulation, etc. etc…

One generic case:

  1. Dial out the customer. Customer answers the call.

When I worked for Genesys PS there was a documented test plan for outbound. If Genesys is involved in your project ask if they can provide it.

For OCS most of the testing is related to call progress detection and treatment rules.
