Generate Interval based reports for a day.

I am new to Genesys and the Forum, so bare me if i am wrong in any information or concerns. Thank you in advance. :slight_smile:

We are using the Genesys Business Edition Premise (BEP) and the reporting tool is SAP BO 3.1. The Genesys Interactive Insights. When i try to generate a report for a shift or an time interval, i get a report for a complete day at the minimum.

Can anyone help me out to know if there is a way to generate a interval based report in GI2. If any more information is needed please feel free to ask, as i am badly in need for a solution for this. :frowning:

You have to edit current report - within “edit” mode you have to add requested time level (hour,min,..), than run query and add this time information as a new column - the report will be refreshed with required details. Be careful with saving document after that.
