GCTI: The problem of voice sample

I run the voice sample application (in GCTI ) ,
click logs an agent in-> set some parameters(user name /user password / URL/ Agent Login/
Agent password/Queue/Place) → click “OK”
then ,show me the warm information: 'error .common. AilFactoryNotInitialized ’
Why ???
