Hi all,
The “Elite Closer” leaderboard is completely stalled. It’s supposed to drive agent motivation by tracking daily sales KPIs, but the points aren’t moving for half the team today. HR is already asking why the top performers aren’t showing up on the wallboards.
Tried to check the metrics via the API to see if it’s a display bug or a data issue. The GET /api/v2/gamification/profiles/{profileId}/metrics call returns the list, but the actual values for the specific workday are just flat.
Attempted to manually push an update using PUT /api/v2/gamification/profiles/{profileId}/metrics/{metricId} to see if the profile would accept the change, but it’s just throwing a 400.
{
"message": "Bad Request",
"code": "bad.request",
"status": 400,
"details": "Invalid metric value for the selected workday"
}
The values being sent are standard integers, nothing crazy. I’ve tried clearing the cache and re-linking the metric through the UI, which worked for one agent but then it broke again an hour later. Is there some hidden lag between the core metrics and the gamification profile that I don’t know about?
One weird workaround that almost worked: if I delete the metric and recreate it using POST /api/v2/gamification/profiles/{profileId}/metrics, the current day’s points pop in, but then they stop updating in real-time.
Does anyone know if this happens when the workday transition overlaps with a weekend? Or maybe it’s a profile sync issue?
