Hi…could anyone tell me the difference between the “NEW INTERACTION” and “Existing Interaction” and how does a “New Interaction” created???

hi there

ok, it’s piece of cake =) then u work with interaction created by incoming event(such a voice call on gad position or samething) it’s a existing interaction. then u create from gad(or from custom script, application, etc) new interaction - make phone-call, chat request or write email - it’s a new interaction.
the difference between it - existing interaction has a different set of properties value, such as ANI for incoming voice call and etc.
