Hi,

To start at the beginning;

Are you usually able to use the Chat function in GAD..?

T

Yes Tony …

Sorry - had to ask… :slight_smile:

Try a v quick check of your Interaction Server (TServer);

Options>reporting-extensions>interactions = “enable:all”

?

Tony

Anyone pls temme a solution ..its a bit urgent…

Thanks

Tony,
I checked . It is given as enable all only…

If it is v urgent, please raise a Priority SR with Genesys - this board is full of part-time volunteers…

T

based on message “Unsupported media type ‘chat’ for tenant ‘Resources’ (id ‘101’)” I assume that media type chat is not configured in “Resources” tenant (case matter).
Additional question: Why do you use Resources tenant, any particular reason?
