GAD Do Not Disturb

Hello,

We are using GAD 7.6 which allows the do not disturb function to be used.

Is there a way to disable this?

Also can we report on this as an agent state?

ya, but i think only with using ccon/icon and custom reporting tools like hyperion. WBR.

I cant see the standard customized feature to disable this, checked CME then the option tab within the GAD application properties?
