GAD Attached Data

Hello,

Currently all attached data in urs is showing in GAD attached data tab.
This means we present a lot of meaningless information to the agent upon screen pop.
Is there any way to select which attached data to display?
Or change the order (currently alphabetical).

Yes, you can customized the .JSP, so it will show what u want :slight_smile:

in GAD you do not have configurable parameter in CME application like IWS :frowning:
