full export of ODS DB and Geneysys configuration DB

Hello ,

In order to fix a Service Request, the Genesys Support asked me to full export of ODS DB and Geneysys configuration DB export.

Do i have to use the Configuration Import Wizard for the two exports ?

Well, I know there is a tool to export Genesys CME, but I did not know there was a tool for ODS. If you know how to use it, then by all means, go for it, but from my humble experience, a normal DB export would be just fine.

Usually if I hve a CME DB-related proeblem, I send a CME DB export generated using a SQL Manager or Oracles export command.
