Force wrap up

I would like to demonstrate force wrap up in IWS but I don’t know if this can be configured, could you please point to the right documentation. Thanks

Wrap-up is related to the switch/PBX/T-Server level, so read documentation for specific type of T-Server, which you are using within your env.

It can also be done on the URS (guard time).
