Filter on statistics

Hello,

Do you have any idea why on a template with Email Java statistics on which I applied a filter, this filter is not taken into consideration?

In the log of Stat Server, the filter is identified:

Unfortunately, StatServer doesn’t support filters on Java statistics.

Hi,

You can find that information in “Reporting Technical Reference Guide for the Genesys 7.2 Release” - search for the text “filters to Java-category statistical types”. You can find that information in Genesys Knowledge base as well
