Favorite numbers in IWS

Hi,
I have created a favorite ext in IWS in options tab but when I login to IWS I dont see the ext in the favorite list. Can you please advise if there is more to just create the ext in option tab in IWS app?

Favourites are in an encrypted format in IWS. How did you create it? The only way I know in CME/Administrator/GAX is to copy from a different user.

In option I created a new section and added the name of the ext, the type, the ext number and the category in that section. What you mean by “Favourites are in an encrypted format in IWS”. Thanks

I found out I have to add the fav in an agent group>proprieties>annex tab>Interaction-Workspace>teamcommunicator.corporate-favorites>click on OK
