Anyone out there using Genesys Interactive Insights (GI2) for reporting? I’m trying to figure out how to export customized reports from one environment (dev) and import them into a different environment (QA). There must be a way, I can’t imagine that you’d have to recreate all the reports in each environment.

Hi Mismosh,
Yes it is possible, from what I read in the doc, you have to use Import Wizard that is part of all the tools you install in the server, have a look in your start menu.
