I’ve seen problems with GAS/GAD when they are deployed together on the same hardware and/or on a virtual machine.

Deploying GAS? Are you talking about STAR’s GAS or something else? 
The only GAS I know is STAR’s Genesys Adapter Server which is built on Platform SDK…
I think he means “Genesys Agent Scripting”.
