I know that in older versions was not possible. Is it now (v8.0) possible to connect ESJ to Exchange Server?
Is it somewhere in the documentation this scenario described?

Why not? Exchange must have IMAP or POP3 enabled only and ESJ will act as a mail client…

Hi vma,
As written by Cav, ESJ does support IMAP and POP3 so you can easily connect to MS Exchange. I’m not aware about any plans to support native MS Exchange protocol by ESJ. Of course, you can raise a ticket with Genesys Support and ask them to add this functionality.
