Hi All,
We are getting an error as below in ICON:
Failed to execute Error execute binding, reason [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Transaction (Process ID 75) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock.
After going through the Genesys soln search and the guide’s , we have observed that this generally occurs because of Merge procedure but couldn’t able to reach out the exact cause.
If anyone has encounterd a similar error or any sort of suggestion of on this , will help us in resolving this issue.
