I’m looking for all possible error codes (in all modules) in Genesys. Is there someplace in the documentation that lists all of them?? Or where can I find all possible errors.

All possible errors? Errors for what? TLib? SCS?

SCS is easy one way doing it would be getting them from SCI help file. It lists all possible error codes that can be issued by a product when something goes wrong.

Is it what you are asking?

We are setting up SNMP traps. And the big guys upstairs want to know every error possible, so they know what errors they want to be made aware of. SCI should be good enough…unless there’s alot more. Thanks

Well, if you are planning on doing SNMP traps, SCI should be more than enough.

Do you have SCI error code help file?

By the way, I would suggest testing the errors, because you will find that some of them are not issued as described in the help file.

For example, try to use TServer shutdown error code, and you will see that it is no issued.

Also, make sure that you are using G6.1.020+ for SCS.
