I want to change the incoming email ToAddress/CcAddress format to FromAddress
FromAddress = “[email removed]”
ToAddress=“firstname lastname<[email removed]>”
how can I achieve this within Genesys, I am using Genesys Pure Engage and Office365 as an Email Exchange Server
