disposition codes

Hi All, how can I configure the disposition codes so that I cannot click mark done until I have selected a disposition code in IWS? Can you please point to the right Genesys documentation? Thanks

Guess you need to modify IWS for that
IWS SDK is the one for you

Thanks very much, I was able to find it in Interaction Workspace 8.0 Deployment Guide page 146 interaction.disposition.is-mandatory. I have changed the option in WDE>Option tab> interaction-workspace> interaction.disposition.is-mandatory to true. I have tested it and it worked as expected. Thanks
