Hi ,

Whether it is possible to display the Agent disposition codes in the CCPulse. If so looking forward for your suggestions. I have done for agent not ready reason state, whether the steps are similar to that. ?

Are you looking to display these in a current state view? Depending on your environment disposition codes may change during and then after the call.

Thanks, After the call completed , the disposition codes should display the values. Can you please suggest the meaning of USER EVENT in the main mask. From where the disposition codes will be available. Can you suggest how to create the custom disposition codes ?
