So I’m seeing a very odd bug with digital channel script metadata extraction. The Recording API returns a 403 Forbidden when querying /v2/recordings/transcripts for WhatsApp sessions hosted on our BYOC Edge (eu-west-2). The IAM role has full s3:GetObject permissions, yet the audit trail shows the request is blocked at the edge layer before hitting S3. Python SDK 2.8.0.
