Why is this setting causing Digital queues to drop to zero capacity exactly at 10:00 AM CST during our weekly WFM publish?
Agents lose their digital skills instantly when the new schedule pushes, triggering immediate overflow to the tertiary queue.
The /api/v2/wfm/schedules endpoint returns 200 OK, but the digital routing config appears to cache stale availability data for 30 seconds.
Need a way to sync skill assignments atomically with the schedule publish to prevent these message drops.
