Having some issues getting my configuration to work… We are seeing intermittent 400 Bad Request errors when pushing digital message metadata from our Singapore BYOC trunk to the analytics endpoint. The SIP trunk is stable, but the webhook payload structure seems to conflict with the expected schema in Genesys Docs. Has anyone adjusted the routing rules to handle these specific digital channel quirks?
