Digital Messaging 502 during Schedule Publish

I’m curious as to why the /api/v2/wfm/schedules/publish endpoint returns a 502 Bad Gateway when Digital Messaging channels are active?

This blocks our weekly publishing job. The error vanishes if we disable the messaging channel in the schedule.
