Has anyone figured out why the internal digital channel webhook is returning a 504 Gateway Timeout specifically during peak load in the Singapore region? Our BYOC trunks are stable, but the messaging latency spikes to 15 seconds when throughput exceeds 500 messages per minute, causing Architect flow timeouts.
