I have noticed differences in DataMart and ODS. I can see in ODS that data were gathered every 15 minutes interval. However in ETL Assistant (and reports) I have gaps from time to time (e.g. data between 16:15 and 17:00 are missed). Does anybody noticed such case?
It depends on your aggregation settings.
In what cases do you notice such a gap? What CCA version are you using?

Why is it dependend on aggregation settings? I can see gaps also in 15 minutes intervals.
I use Genesys 6.1 and version of CCA delivered with it.
