difference b/w entered and distributed stats

Hi all,

In ccpulse, i have seen 2 stats for RP, total calls entered and Total calls distributed

what is the difference between both.

Hi,

Total Calls Entered: The total number of unique interactions entering or being offered to the queue or route point.
Total calls distributed: The total number of unique interactions distributed from a queue or route point.

one of common queries by end-users is ACD queue data fields equation… ACD queue statistics fields are hardly matched in many scenarios…
