Deployment tab is not displayed in Genesys Administrator

The deployment tab is not displayed in Genesys Administrator 8.1.3. The Deployment agent service is up and running state. Which document do i need to refer to resolve this?

Check the role settings for specific user

I am using ‘default’ user account to login into Genesys Adminstrator. The user has full access to “Genesys Administrator” product. However, I noticed that the “Deployment” module is not listed in role permissions.

Thanks Kubig. I figured out the problem. The deployment tab will be enabled when GAX is installed.
