Decryption of Encrypted Audio files

HI All,

Is it possible to decrypt the encrypted audio files with out taking Verint support. If its not possible we will have to contact Verint.

You can use WavePad Sound Editor from NCH- all you have to do is open the Verint audio file(s) with WavePad and then Save… done.
