data aggregation stopped in AGT_I_MEDIA_NEUTRAL_STATE_SUBHR tables

Hi Experts,

We have updated our RAA engine recently, and noticed the data in AGT_I_MEDIA_NEUTRAL_STATE_* tables have stopped aggregating.

Any idea?
