CX as Code CLI: Exporting Architect Flows to JSON

Could someone clarify why the genesys cloud architect:export command in the CX as Code CLI returns empty JSON arrays for my flows?

  1. Run genesys cloud architect:export --export-all
  2. Verify genesys cloud config:set is correct
  3. Check output directory

The CLI reports success, but the resulting flows.json contains []. Am I missing a specific flag or permission scope for bulk retrieval?
