I have two stats, Total calls entered and total calls Force disconnected, these stats are formed by DN Groups, is there anyway I can create a threshold to apply a colour to the number of force disconnects when it is a certain percentage of the total calls entered?
If you add a new stat in the CCP template using the formula Total calls entered/total calls Force disconnected, the you should be able to add thresholds on the new stat when it is above/under your limit.

how would I do this?
As I have a view with a DN Group called CC Overall and another view with a DN Group called FD, and I need to do a calculation based on the number of calls entered against each of these.
