Custom Server 2012 Compatability

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to check that I have deployed a remote custom server on windows 2012 server OS but all my genesys routing and framework components are on 2008 Windows Server OS. Can be there be a possible compatability issue. Haven’t been able to find anything in the docs. Thanks

Don’t think so, if your app is running on Win2012 should be OK. OS can be any as long as supported by the app.
This is why you can have RedHat, Windows and IBM on same Genesys platform, servers will talk no matter which OS they run.
