CUCM T Server in Backup but seems to be sending requests to URS

Hi all, have a primary and backup CM T Server and they are (according to SCI) in their correct states. However looing at the URS log it appears the EventRouteRequests are coming from the backup.

Has anybody seen this behaviour before?

We had the same problem with our SIP Server a few years back. The problem, at least for us, was our gateway. I will ask our folks…
